A glittering night at the Plaza Hotel in New York saw 16 companies and individuals honoured at the inaugural Automotive Supply Chain North American Awards.

Car Delivery Network picked up the award for IT Innovation, and on receiving the award Greg May, President and CEO of Car Delivery Network said "To win this award is humbling and we are very gratified to receive it. I want to thank some very important people in the short history of this company. First of all the OEMs who have been tremendously supportive of Car Delivery Network and what we have tried to do in bringing a new way of thinking to automotive logistics. Especially Chrysler, which was really the first to open its doors and listen to what we had to say. Last but not least, I want to thank the Car Delivery Network team and the founders Wayne Pollock and Mike Thorby who are incredibly bright, creative thinkers and stubborn ennough to refuse to listen to reasons why you can't do something."
